Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Predures Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief (Without CH 48027) , Fuel Pressure Relief (CH 48027) . Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement . Remove the fuel pipe shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement . Disconnect the fuel feed line quick connect. Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
1	Fitting (Qty: 1) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 28 N.m(20 lb ft)
2	Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten 50 N.m(28 lb ft)
3	Fuel Feed Pipe Procedure DISCARD the pipe when removed, and install a NEW pipe. Ensure that the high pressure fuel pipe, and fuel pump fittings are clean and dry prior to assembly. Pressure up the fuel system and check for leaks.
