Fuel Pump Flow Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear compartment side trim panel right side. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side





2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

3. Remove the fuel pump flow control module bracket nuts (1).

4. Remove the fuel pump flow control module and bracket (2).





5. Remove the fuel pump flow control module bolts (1).

6. Remove the fuel pump flow control module (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the fuel pump flow control module (2).

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the fuel pump flow control module bolts (1) and tighten to 6.5 Nm (58 lb in).





3. Install the fuel pump flow control module and bracket (2).

4. Install the fuel pump flow control module bracket nuts (1) and tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb in).

5. Connect the electrical connector.

6. Install the rear compartment side trim panel right side. Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side

7. If replacing, reprogram the module. Refer to Control Module References Control Module References
