Removal Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuel Tank Filler Pipe

  1. Open the fuel filler door and filler cap.
  2. Remove the fuel filler pipe upper bolts (1).
  3. Lift and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

  4. Disconnect the fuel tank filler hose (1) and clamp.
  5. Disconnect the fuel tank vent pipe connector (2).

  6. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe lower bolt (1).
  7. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe assembly (2).
