Circuit/System Description

The rear compartment antenna is located at the extreme rear of the center console, between the rear passenger seats. The antenna is used to establish low frequency communications with the keyless entry transmitter. When the driver presses the vehicle on/off switch, the Keyless Entry Control Module communicates with the rear compartment antenna.
