Circuit/System Testing

P0D43 or P0D44

1. Vehicle OFF and all vehicle systems OFF. It may take up to 2 minutes for all vehicle systems to power down. Disconnect the X1 harness connector at the T18 Battery Charger.
2. Vehicle ON.
3. Test for greater than 12 V DC between the ignition circuit terminal A and ground.
   • If less than 12 V 
   1. Vehicle OFF and all vehicle systems OFF. It may take up to 2 minutes for all vehicle systems to power down. Disconnect the X2 harness connector at the T18 Battery Charger.
   2. Test for infinite resistance between the B+ circuit terminal 2 and ground.
      • If less than infinite resistance, repair the short to ground on the circuit.
      • If infinite resistance, replace the T18 Battery Charger.
   • If 12 V or greater 
4. Replace the T18 Battery Charger.

Replace the T18 Battery Charger.
