Installation Procedure

Install the exhaust front pipe into place and rotate the drivetrain and front suspension supports (3) over the exhaust front hanger bracket.
Loosely install the drivetrain and front suspension support fasteners (2).

NOTE:

Clean all mating surfaces of oil and debris.

CAUTION:

Install the exhaust front pipe fasteners (1) with NEW gaskets (2) and tighten to 50 N.m (37 lb ft) .

Install the exhaust muffler (3) to the exhaust front pipe with a NEW gasket (2) and tighten the fasteners (1) to 18 N.m (13 lb ft) .

Tighten the drivetrain and front suspension support fasteners (2) to 60 N.m (44 lb ft).
Tighten the drivetrain and front suspension support fasteners (1) to 160 N.m (118 lb ft).
Remove the drivetrain and front suspension support jack.
Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
