Disassembly Procedure

    Fig 1: Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pipe

  1. Remove the evaporative emission canister purge pipe (1).
  2. Disconnect the fuel tank vent pipe connector (2).
  3. Remove the fuel tank feed pipe (3).
  4. Remove the evaporative emission canister (4). Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement (LL0) , Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement (LFM) .
  5. Remove the fuel pump (5). Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (LL0) , Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (LFM) .
  6. Remove the fuel tank heat shield. Refer to Fuel Tank Heat Shield Replacement (LL0) , Fuel Tank Heat Shield Replacement (LFM) .
