Preliminary Procedure Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Front Side Door Lock Screws (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedures Remove the water deflector. Release the front inside door handle cable retainers from the door. Remove the window run channel bolts, slide the channel to the side while removing the lock. Release the door handle rod clip. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Front Side Door Lock Assembly Procedure Disconnect the front side door lock electrical connector. Transfer the front side door lock rods.

CAUTION:

Procedures

Remove the water deflector.
Release the front inside door handle cable retainers from the door.
Remove the window run channel bolts, slide the channel to the side while removing the lock.
Release the door handle rod clip.

Tighten
10 N.m (89 lb in)
