Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Rear Side Door Lock Bolt (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Remove the water deflector. Release the inside handle cable retainers before removing the door lock. Disconnect the door lock electrical connector. Remove the window run channel bolts, slide the channel to the side while removing the lock. Release the door handle rod clip. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Rear Side Door Lock Assembly Procedure Transfer the lock rods to the new door lock.

Rear Side Door Lock Bolt (Qty: 3)

CAUTION:

Procedure

Remove the water deflector.
Release the inside handle cable retainers before removing the door lock.
Disconnect the door lock electrical connector.
Remove the window run channel bolts, slide the channel to the side while removing the lock.
Release the door handle rod clip.

Tighten
10 N.m (89 lb in)

Rear Side Door Lock Assembly
Procedure
Transfer the lock rods to the new door lock.
