Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . Remove the ignition coil cover. Refer to Ignition Coil Cover Replacement (LFM) . Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connectors.
1	Camshaft Position Sensor Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Remove the camshaft position sensor bolts. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Camshaft Position Sensor (Qty: 2)

Remove the ignition coil cover. Refer to Ignition Coil Cover Replacement (LFM) .
Disconnect the camshaft position sensor connectors.

Camshaft Position Sensor Bolt (Qty: 2)

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure
Remove the camshaft position sensor bolts.
Tighten
10 N.m (89 lb in)
