Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ECM retaining nut (3) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Connect the ECM connector and lock the ECM connector locking lever.
    NOTE: Connect the front electrical connector to the ECM first.
  3. Install the ECM bracket (1) to the battery tray and tighten the ECM bracket retaining bolt (2) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  4. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
