Assembly Procedure

  1. Install the fuel tank heat shield. Refer to Fuel Tank Heat Shield Replacement (LL0) .
  2. Install the fuel tank fuel pump module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (LL0) .
  3. Install the evaporative emission canister. Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement (LL0) .
  4. Install the fuel tank vent pipe (4).

  5. Install the fuel feed pipe (5).
  6. Install the evaporative emission canister purge pipe (1).
  7. Connect the fuel tank recirculation pipe connector (2).
  8. Connect the fuel tank wiring harness (3) electrical connectors to the following:
    • Fuel tank pump
    • Fuel tank pressure sensor
    • Evaporative emission canister solenoid valve
