Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW throttle body assembly seal. (3)

  2. Throttle Body Assembly (2)» Install
  3. Throttle Body Assembly Bolt (1)» Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in) [4x]
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Electrical Connector (4)» Connect
  5. Wiring Harness (5)» Install
  6. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement » Install
  7. Engine Sight Shield Replacement » Install
