Installation Procedure

  1. Vacuum Pump Seal (1)» Install a NEW gasket.

  2. Vacuum Pump (2)» Install
    NOTE: Ensure all passages of the vacuum pump are clean and free of debris prior to installation.
  3. Vacuum Pump Bolt (3) & Retainer (2) @ Vacuum Pump (1)» Install [3x]

  4. Vacuum Pump Bolt» Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft) [3x]
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  5. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement » Install
  6. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Replacement » Connect
