Installation Procedure

  1. Install the trailer brake power control module (1) to the bracket.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the trailer brake power control module nuts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  3. Connect the trailer brake power control module electrical connector.
  4. If installing a new trailer brake power control module, program the module. Refer to Trailer Brake Power Module Programming and Setup .
