Active Safety Control Module Replacement (Cadillac)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the left hand quarter lower rear trim door from the left quarter lower rear trim panel.
  2. Remove the body side rear trim panel stowage compartment tray from the left quarter lower rear trim panel, if vehicle is a long wheelbase.
  3. Remove the body side rear trim panel cup holder from the quarter lower rear trim panel, if the vehicle is a short wheelbase.
1 Active Safety Control Module

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  2. Release module from retaining tabs on bracket.
  3. For programming and set up information, refer to Control Module References .
