Installation Procedure
- Install a NEW fuel pump O-ring.
- Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Install
- Insert the fuel tank fuel pump module into the fuel tank with its matching arrow aligned with fuel tank matching arrow.
- Install the special tool: J-45747
Fuel Tank Lock Ring Wrench
- Fuel Pump Lock Ring - Tighten
- Fuel Pump - Install the following components:
- Harness Connector
- Fuel Feed Hose Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Install inspection hole cover.
- Install the floor trim panel.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
