Installation Procedure

  1. Position and raise the fuel tank.
  2. Fuel Tank Strap - Install

  3. Fuel Tank Strap Fastener - Tighten25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  4. Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose - Connect Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  5. Fuel Tank Filler Vent Pipe - Connect

  6. Fuel Tank Filler Hose - Connect
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Fuel Pump - Install the following components:

  9. Install the inspection hole cover.
  10. Reposition the floor trim panel.
  11. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
