Removal Procedure

Place the transmission in Park and apply the parking brake.
Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

Press the pawls (1) of the park lock cable slider (2) while sliding it in the direction of the casing cap (3), and separate the adjusting holder (4) and slider.
Remove the park lock cable (5) from the shift selector.

Lift the clip (1) in the direction of arrow (2) and remove the park lock cable in the direction of arrow (3) from the key cylinder (5).
