Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Charge Air Cooler And Radiator Assembly

  1. Install Charge Air Cooler (2) @Radiator Assembly (1)
    2. Fig 2: Retaining Clips

  2. Clip in the 2 retainer clips (1).
    3. Fig 3: Engine Coolant Fan Shroud And Retaining Tabs

  3. Install the engine coolant fan shroud (1) to the radiator. Ensure the 4 retaining tabs (2, 3) engage audible.
  4. Lower the vehicle.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Install Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Bolt (1, 2) - and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)

  6. Connect the electrical connector.(1)
  7. Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose@Charge Air Cooler Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  8. Install Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose@Charge Air Cooler Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement 
  9. Install Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
  10. Connect Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
