Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Trailer Brake Control Switch

  1. Install the trailer brake control switch (1) to the instrument panel accessory bezel.
  2. Ensure the locking tabs on the trailer brake control switch are fully engaged in the bezel.

  3. Carefully install the switch levers (1) into the trailer brake control switch.
  4. Ensure the switch levers are securely seated in the trailer brake control switch.
  5. Connect the electrical connectors and install the instrument panel accessory bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Bezel Replacement (Chevrolet/GMC)Instrument Panel Accessory Bezel Replacement (Cadillac) .
