Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine mount strut bracket. Engine Mount Strut Bracket Replacement - Right Side
  2. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet. Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement

  3. Reposition Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Bracket (2) - Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Bracket Replacement
    4. Fig 2: Intake & Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensors - Bank 2 (Left Side) Intake

  4. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (8) from the bank 2 intake camshaft position (CMP) sensor (7).

  5. Remove the CMP sensor bolt and sensor (3).
