Rear Differential Clutch Control Module Programming and Setup (Lambda 14)

If the Rear Differential Clutch Control Module is replaced, the following procedures must be performed:

1. Rear Differential Clutch Control Module Programming - Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) .
2. Install a scan tool.
3. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
4. Select Clutch Control Module/Rear Drive System Matching Identification Setup in the Rear Differential Clutch Control Module Configuration/Reset Function List.
5. Follow the scan tool directions to complete the calibration procedure.

NOTE:

The CCM RDS Matching ID number (1) can be found on the CCM harness connector.

6. Cycle the ignition OFF, then start the engine and allow to run for 1 minute. Verify the rear differential system is functioning properly.
7. After the calibration procedure, clear all DTC, and preform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle .
