Installation Procedure
Drive Motor Battery Charger (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (1) - Install [ 2x ] 22 N.m (16 lb-ft)
- Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (2) - Install 25 N.m (18 lb-ft)
- Drive Motor Battery Charger Nut (3) - Install 22 N.m (16 lb-ft)
Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose (2) - Install the Hose and Engage the Clamp (1)
- Electric Differential Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Hose (3) - Install the Hose and Engage the Clamp (1)
Drive Motor Battery Charger Electrical Connector (1, 3) - Connect
- Signal & AC Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Install
- Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install 9 N.m (80 lb/in)
Install the RESS heater electrical connector (3) and the drive motor battery charger & auxiliary power module to RESS connector (2) @ High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block
- Install the A/C control module electrical connector (5) and the drive motor battery charger & auxiliary power module connector (4) @ High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block
- Low Voltage Electrical Connector (1) @ High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block - Connect
{ If Equipped } Install the drive motor battery charger receptacle electrical connector (1) @ High Voltage Battery Control Wiring Junction Block (2) and lock the handle (3) into the lock position.
- Accessory DC Power Control Module - Install - Accessory DC Power Control Module Replacement
- Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
- Battery Tray - Install - Battery Tray Replacement
- Fill the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
- Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
- Program the drive motor battery charger. Control Module References
