Installation Procedure

NOTE:
Ensure that the door lock cylinder is engage all the way into the side door handle locator tabs. Insert the key into the door lock cylinder, turn left to right checking for binding before install the assembly to the vehicle.

Install the lock cylinder retainer (1) to the front side door outside handle bracket assembly. (3)
Install the door lock cylinder (2) in the front side door outside handle bracket, push forward locking the lock cylinder (2) into the lock cylinder retainer.

Ensure that the door lock system operates properly before installing the trim.
