Replace and Program Image Processing Module
NOTE:
Due to continuous improvements, the on screen selections may vary from instructions below.
Upon replacement of the K124 Image Processing Module, perform the following procedures:
- Install the EL-49642 SPS Programming Support Tool to maintain system voltage.
- Connect the EL-52100 MDI 2 Multiple Diagnostic Interface 2 to the computer using a USB cable. Wireless or Bluetooth connections may cause an interruption in the data transfer.
- Ensure the programming tool is equipped with the latest software and is securely connected to the data link connector. If there is an interruption during programming, programming failure or control module damage may occur.
- Ignition / Vehicle OFF.
- Access the Service Programming System (SPS) and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Perform Serial Data Authentication Configuration. Serial Data Authentication Configuration
- On the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K56 Serial Data Gateway Module and confirm K56 Serial Data Gateway Module is updated with the latest software.
- On the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K124 Image Processing Module - Programming and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Perform Vehicle Dynamic Sensor Offset Calibration. Vehicle Dynamic Sensor Offset Calibration
- Perform All Cameras Alignment Learn. Surround Vision Camera Calibration (cameras wired to K124 Image Processing Module) , or Surround Vision Camera Calibration (cameras wired to A11 Radio)
