EGR System: Operation: Notes

Ported vacuum control provides signals for EGR operation on 1.6L, 1.7L and 2.2L 4-cylinder engines. The 2.6L 4-cylinder engine utilizes a carburetor vacuum controlled dual EGR control valve in addition to a mechanically-linked sub-EGR control valve.
