2.2L EFI CEC System: Operation: Ignition

The pick-up coil in the distributor feeds a signal to the power module and the logic module. Spark advance, dwell and timing are computed in the logic module. The logic module sends a signal back to the power module where the coil ground is switched off and on to create an ignition secondary pulse.
