A/C Compressor Cut-Out

The air conditioning cut-out relay is wired in series with the cycling clutch switch and low pressure cut-out switch. This relay is normally closed during engine operation. When the logic module senses a wide open throttle condition through the throttle position sensor, it energizes the relay, opening the circuit and preventing compressor clutch engagement.
