Fault Codes: Notes

The Chrysler multi-point EFI system is equipped with a self-diagnostic capability which stores certain "fault codes" in the logic module when system malfunctions occur. These codes may be recalled to aid in system diagnosis. See ENTERING ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS  under TESTING.

If the problem is repaired or no longer exists, the logic module cancels out the code after 30 ignition on/off cycles. The following list presents these codes and the system malfunctions which they represent.
