Low Altitude Timing Control

Check ignition timing when battery voltage is applied to adjusting terminal No. 2. See Figure . With no voltage applied, timing is 10 degrees BTDC. With voltage applied, timing should advance 5 degrees. If specifications are incorrect, replace Electronic Spark Control (ESC) ignitor.
