Fuel Injected

Disconnect vacuum hoses from valve. Connect vacuum pump to valve nipple. See Figure . With engine coolant temperature at 113°F (45°C) or less, vacuum should leak. With engine coolant temperature at 176°F (80°C) or more, vacuum should hold. If valve does not operate as specified, replacement is necessary.
