High Altitude Timing Control Function (3900 Ft. Or Higher And/Or Cold Engine)

With engine below normal operating temperature and/or above 3900 Ft. and idling, watch ignition timing. Apply battery voltage to ignition timing adjusting terminal No. 2, located in front left corner of engine compartment. Ensure timing retards from 15 degrees BTDC to 10 degrees BTDC. See Fig 1 . If timing does not change as specified, replace ignitor.
