Test 64C - Headlight Doors Will Not Close

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS at end of article.

Remove headlight door open relay. See Figure . Check relay connector, and clean or repair it as necessary. Check resistance on terminal "E" (Black wire) of headlight door open relay connector. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open Black (ground) wire. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace headlight door open relay. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
