Test 6C - Courtesy Light System

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS at end of article.

Replace fuse No. 12 at fuse block. See Figure . Fuse block is located behind glove box door. Disconnect inoperative courtesy light assembly. Check voltage of Pink wire of courtesy light connector that was disconnected. If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open Yellow wire (ground circuit). Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open Pink wire. Perform VERIFICATION PROCEDURE VER-1.
