Test 100A - All Doors (Except Left Front) Fail To Lock

NOTE: Perform TEST 95A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Drive vehicle to update OTIS and perform TEST VER-1 - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  after each repair.
  1. Remove key from ignition switch. Remove door lock relay from junction block. See Figure . Junction block is located behind end cover, on left side of instrument panel. Go to next step.
  2. Using scan tool in ohmmeter mode, measure resistance at terminal "E" (Black wire) on door lock relay socket. If resistance is 5 ohms or greater, repair open Black wire. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to next step.
  3. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, measure voltage at terminal "C" (Orange/White wire) on door lock relay socket. Depress and hold door lock switch to LOCK position. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Orange/White wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace door lock relay.
