Test 102F - Inoperative RKE Horn Chirp

NOTE: Perform TEST 102A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Drive vehicle to update OTIS and perform TEST VER-1 - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition off prior to disconnecting any module connector.
NOTE: Horn chirp may have been cancelled when transmitters were previously programmed.
  1. Reprogram all transmitters. See TEST 102D  . Gain access to Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) module. See Figure . Connect test light between terminals "A" (Pink wire) and "B" (Black/Red wire) on RKE Black connector. Go to next step.
  2. Depress horn button on steering wheel. If test light flashed, replace RKE module. If test light did not flash, repair open Black/Red wire.
