NOTE: Perform TEST 87A  or 95A before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Drive vehicle to update OTIS and perform TEST VER-1 - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  after each repair.
  1. Remove key from ignition switch. Remove appropriate door trim panel. Inspect linkage from door lock to door latch. Repair linkage as necessary. If linkage is okay, go to next step.
  2. Disconnect door lock motor connector. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, measure voltage at terminal No. 1 (Orange/Black wire) on door lock motor connector. Depress door lock switch to LOCK position. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Orange/Black wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, go to next step.
  3. Measure voltage at terminal No. 2 (Pink/Black wire) on door lock motor connector. Depress door lock switch to UNLOCK position. If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Pink/Black wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace door lock motor.
