Test 133D - Bus Short To Battery

Ensure all doors are closed and courtesy lights are off. Using scan tool in ohmmeter mode, measure resistance on Overhead Travel Information System (OTIS) module connector, terminal No. 3 (Black/Light Green wire). If resistance is 5 ohms or greater, repair open Black/Light Green wire. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace OTIS module.

NOTE: For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring schematics, see WIRING DIAGRAMS in this article. Perform TEST VER-1 - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE after each repair.

CAUTION: Always turn ignition off prior to disconnecting any module connector.
