Test 59B - Headlamp Power Feed

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS - 3.0L article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE. Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.

Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on Power Distribution Center terminal No. 49 (bottom terminal of second fuse from left on bottom row, Black wire). See Figure. If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open Red/White wire between PDC and low beam headlamp relay. See Figure. If voltage is less than 10 volts, PDC as necessary.
