Test 3A - Ram Test Failure
- Without touching scan tool keypad, disconnect and reconnect scan tool. If scan tool does not display RAM TEST FAILURE, go to next step. If scan tool displays RAM TEST FAILURE, replace scan tool. Return to TEST 1A.
- If scan tool displays KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, replace scan tool. If scan tool does not display KEY PAD TEST FAILURE, return to TEST 1A.
