Power Door Lock Test 16A - RKE Program Mode Entered Without Program Request

NOTE: Perform POWER DOOR LOCK TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A - BODY VERIFICATION TEST  .
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

DTC is set when Body Control Module (BCM) determines that RKE module without BCM request. Possible causes are failed RKE module and failed Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is mounted to junction block located behind left end cap of instrument panel. See Figure in CHIME TEST 2A.
