Test 77A - Key-In Lamp On Constantly

NOTE: For connector terminal identification and wiring diagrams, see BODY CONTROL COMPUTER  section in this article. Perform TEST VER-1  VERIFICATION TEST after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition off prior to disconnecting any module connector.

Turn ignition off. Disconnect Body Control Module (BCM) Bone connector. If key-in lamp goes off, replace BCM. If key-in lamp does not go off, repair short to ground in Yellow/Red wire.
