Chime Inoperative At All Times

Turn ignition on. Close all doors. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Using scan tool, activate chime. If chime does not sound, replace Body Control Module (BCM). If chime sounds, BCM is not receiving signal(s) to operate chime. Repair by symptom.
