Headlight Time Delay Inoperative

Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, check ignition voltage supply to Body Control Module (BCM). If greater than 10 volts is displayed, replace BCM. If 10 volts or less is displayed, check ignition voltage supply to BCM. See FUSED IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT TO BCM  under COMMUNICATIONS.
