Elapsed Time Inoperative Or Wrong

Clear elapsed time from Overhead Travel Information System (OTIS). Start vehicle and monitor elapsed time on OTIS. If elapsed time is still malfunctioning, replace OTIS module. If elapsed time is operating properly, problem is intermittent.
