OTIS Screen Displays No Values

Turn ignition off. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, perform auto self-test while observing Overhead Travel Information System (OTIS) display. If no values are displayed on OTIS, replace Body Control Module (BCM). If any values are displayed on OTIS, problem is intermittent.
