OTIS Segments Fail To Light Up

Turn ignition off. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, perform auto self-test while observing Overhead Travel Information System (OTIS) display. If any segments do not display on OTIS, replace OTIS module. If all segments display on OTIS, problem is intermittent.
