RKE Unable To Enter Program Mode

Turn ignition off. Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Replace Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) module. Using scan tool, clear Body Control Module (BCM) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Using scan tool, attempt to program RKE transmitters. Using scan tool, retrieve BCM DTCs. If this DTC resets, replace BCM.
