Speed Proportional Steering System: Notes
CAUTION:
Always turn ignition off before disconnecting any control module connectors. Failure to do so could result in damage to control module. When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle. See COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES article in GENERAL INFORMATION before disconnecting battery.
NOTE:
After making any repairs, perform SPEED PROPORTIONAL STEERING SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST
under VERIFICATION TESTS.
